Employees often need money before payday. Companies need a way that is orderly, with no interest and no debt.

Infra: Docker Compose, PostgreSQL, Redis, and dedicated workers per job type.

DevOps: Queues on Horizon, a scheduler, a sandbox environment, and payout status checks every two minutes.

Backend: Laravel 12 on Octane, a double-entry ledger, and 2,000+ automated tests.

Web: Dashboards for companies and admins.

Mobile: The employee app to request pay early and receive it.

One person, every layer

One payout, one transfer

Each payout is locked while it’s being processed and sent with a unique reference. Before any retry, the system asks the payment provider whether the earlier transfer already went through.

Every rupiah recorded on two sides

Every movement of funds is booked on two sides that must balance exactly. If they don’t, the system refuses to record it. Entries are never edited afterwards; fixes go in as a new reversing entry.

Send the same payout signal twice.

A simulation with example numbers (Rp 3,000,000 a month ÷ 30 days = Rp 100,000 a day). It shows what happens when the same payout signal arrives more than once, like a retried job or a duplicated webhook. Not real data.

Selling betta isn’t easy. Most buyers come through TikTok Live, which has minimum requirements to go live, and sellers get banned often. So I built my own store, and now I’m building a live platform for betta.
